We only spent about 8 hours in the hotel, so it was perfect for that. Simple, clean and comfortable room. Quite a few options for breakfast: few kinds of ham and cheese, yoghurts, cereals, fruit, pastries as well as hot option, in our case bacon and scrambled eggs.

Needed to spend one night before flying out of Madrid. Hotel is situated in some kind of industrial/office park right off highway - 15 min drive to the airport. The hotel has ample free parking, friendly stuff, very clea room with working AC and nice bathroom. The breakfast was excellent and the price was very reasonable. Withing walking distance was a great restaurant located at the Ibis hotel

Clean and modern building ideal for our stop off before onward drive to Santander… with parking right in front. Great! And… buffet breakfast included in the price which was absolutely fine and enjoyable with tea, coffee, fruit,cake, cereal mainly continental which was fine. There are three restaurant’s within close walking distance plus others if you wanted to walk a lot further or drive. The staff were very efficient and friendly/ helpful.

This is a hotel in the outskirts of Madrid, not far from Barajas. I chose it because I needed to stay outside the M30 with my car and had another hotel nearby the next day. Further, I absolutely needed a close parking slot to unload my heavy luggage. The hotel fulfilled all these criteria, was quiet, clean, bed was comfortable, had a good shower, TV and mini fridge. The breakfast was included and was a good buffet. Big thanks to the super nice and helpful personnel for all tips in my first day in Madrid.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. Close location of the hotel to the metro station (12 minutes), to the bus stop (2 minutes). There were a couple of restaurants and a large shop nearby. I would recommend and probably when I visit Madrid again I will stay at the hotel in question.

Everything was more than expected, very nice and clean hotel, room in which we stayed (116) is big, comfortable bed, big bathroom, just top. Employees are professional, polite (reception crew very good, helpful, very good with speaking english. Housekeeping staff aswell very polite and ready to help. The small lady that was helping with breakfast is the most nicest person i have ever seen in hotels!!) Owerall, big BRAVO. I'm for sure coming back! Keep on doing great job!

Very comfortable bed and spacious room Bathroom was very clean and the shower power nice and strong Enjoyed having a private kettle to make my night time tisane too Breakfast was a good selection The staff were super friendly and helpful and were kind enough to call my room as my alarm clock when I asked them for a wake up call every day. Thank you

The breakfast was a delightful surprise! I particularly enjoyed the focus on local products, which added a unique touch to the meal. The presentation was clean and inviting, and the service was swift and efficient. This was definitely a great way to start the day.

Its prettyfar from the centre base don an industrial estate sotere is noy much around it. But it was ideal for the airport and close to wear we needed to be and we knew what to expect quality wise as it was a holiday inn. The nearest metro sttion in about a 15 minute walk, but remember it is in zone B!

The best hotel staff in all areas (reception, restaurant, etc) I have seen in many years, also comparing their service and friendliness to higher price class hotels staff that one can find in Ciudad Lineal.
